This 3-hour interactive online course is based on Release 2008, and is the first in a series introducing the basic skills, uses, and techniques for computer aided design and drafting as applied to Interior Design. This course is designed for the self-motivated student.
In this course you will become comfortable accessing AutoCAD from your computer. You will be able to move around the screen and access commands. You will learn to open and set up drawings. You’ll also start to draw using the line command and you will learn to erase objects (which you will find is a very handy tool).

You are not required to personally own or purchase AutoCAD for this course. However, you do need to have access to AutoCAD 2008 in order to complete the course and related assignments. AutoCAD is not supplied as part of the course materials.
